Seasons of Suffering aren’t always easy to walk through. However, Romans 5:3-5 reminds us that we have the Holy Spirit who comforts us:

“And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.”

In our toughest seasons of life it can be tough to pray. Thankfully we have the Holy Spirit dwelling within us as our advocate and comforter. And thankfully, it’s the same Spirit that exists in all Christ-followers. Sometimes when we can’t pray or we are having a tough time going to God, the Holy Spirit sends people to us to work together through those times.

“A right sense of God’s love for us will not make us ashamed, either of our hope or our sufferings for him.” The Holy Spirit helps to give us the right sense of God’s love. Yes, he’s our comforter, advocate, teacher, and more, but he also pushes us to remember God’s love for us.

Be encouraged and empowered this week to know that Jesus suffers along side you. And if there is anything we can be doing to help you this week, we want to come along side you as well and help you in your own season of suffering. Let us know how we can help by going to our Prayer Wall Here. You can post publicly or anonymously.
